As long as you haven't used* and/or melted the beeswax block, you'll qualify for a full refund. Just email us at team@sperrybeeswax.com. Once we receive your block and verify the weight, we'll issue a full refund. Oh, and take your time getting it back to us too. Beeswax doesn't expire, so as long as it hasn't melted, we'll accept it. No rush.
*That said, if you have used our beeswax and don't like something about it, just email us and we'll make it right.
